Welcome to Growcare Medical Value Travel ("Growcare"). We value your trust and strive to provide you with exceptional medical tourism services. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel or modify your bookings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds in various scenarios.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellations by Client:If you, as the client, wish to cancel your medical tourism arrangements, we require written notice of cancellation. The refund amount will be determined based on the notice period before the scheduled start of your medical treatment: - 10 days or more: 90% of package cost will be refunded. - 7 to 10 days: 75% of the total package cost will be refunded. - Less than 7 days: No refund will be provided.

b. Cancellation by Growcare:In the unlikely event that Growcare needs to cancel your medical tourism arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the package cost paid by you.

Modification of Services

a. Client-Requested Modifications:If you request modifications to your medical tourism arrangements, we will assess the feasibility and potential costs involved. Any additional charges or refunds resulting from modifications will be communicated to you.

b. Growcare-Initiated Modifications: If Growcare needs to modify your medical tourism arrangements due to reasons beyond our control, such as changes in medical schedules or availability, we will work closely with you to find suitable alternatives. If modifications result in a lower cost, a refund for the difference will be provided.

Refund Process

a. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@growcareglobal.com.

b. Refund processing time may vary depending on the circumstances. We will strive to process refunds within 45 business days from the date of receiving your refund request.

c. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Costs

Growcare is committed to providing you with transparent pricing. Please note that certain costs associated with your medical tourism arrangements may be non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to, administrative fees, processing fees, and non-refundable deposits made to medical facilities.

Force Majeure

Growcare shall not be held responsible for any refunds or additional costs due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or medical emergencies.

Additional Terms

a. This Refund Policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

b. Growcare reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
